Reviews that conducted meta‐analysis on MBTs were too specific on a specific form of MBT—yoga (Cramer, Lauche, Langhorst, & Dobos, ; Cramer, Peng, & Lauche, ) or relaxation (Saensak, Vutyavanich, Somboonporn, & Srisurapanont, ).
