Abstract: 1 Downgraded once for study limitations; four out of five studies contributing to this outcome are at high risk of performance and detection bias, and one study is at high risk of attrition bias (see Figure 1). 2 Downgraded once for study limitations; all three studies contributing to this outcome are at high risk of performance and detection bias, and one study is at high risk of selection bias (see Figure 1).
