Participants explained how relationships they developed with their peers counteracted feelings of isolation and loneliness, highlighting the association between social connection and mental health (Leigh‐Hunt et␣al., 2017) and the proposed mechanisms by which yoga promotes positive change (Capon et␣al., 2019).
