Yerba mate residue (Ilex paraguariensis – Aquifoliaceae) in the production of edible mushroom Pleurotus ostreatoroseus

Abstract: Mushrooms are cultivable on various plant substrates and the yerba mate residue may be one of the most promising, especially if domestic cultivation techniques are developed.
