Abstract:Jeune syndrome is a skeletal chondrodystrophy, which is rarely seen in autosomal recessive inheritance. Patients usually die from respiratory failure in early infancy. The disease includes a broad clinical picture, including renal dysplasia, hepatic, and pancreatic fibrosis.
