Yeni Bir Antibiyotik, Kalsimisin : A Novel Antibiotic, Calcimycine

Abstract

Bu derlemede, bir antibiyotik olan kalsimisin incelenmiş, polieter antibiyotikler sınıfına giren bu bileşiğin yapısının aydınlatılması, iyonoforik özelliği ve bazı gram pozitif bakterilere karşı gösterdiği antibakteriyel etki araştırılmıştır.In this review, structure elucidation, ionophores properties and the antibacterial activity against some gram-positive bacteria of calcimycine which is a polyether antibiotics were searched.
