Yeast concentration in the diet defines Drosophila metabolism of both parental and offspring generations

Abstract: Parental dietary nutrients epigenetically influence offspring metabolism. Our analysis revealed unforeseen patterns in how enzymes of the main metabolic pathways respond to protein content in the diet.
