Yargi Kararlari Işiğinda Kentsel Dönüşüm Uygulamalarinin İncelenmesi

Abstract: Türkiye'de 1980'ler sonrası ortaya çıkan kentsel dönüşüm uygulamaları ilk zamanlar çöküntü alanlarına yönelik fiziki müdahale olarak algılanmıştır. Günümüzde bu algı değişmiş ve kentsel dönüşüm, ekonomik, sosyal ve mekânsal boyutuyla da incelenmesi gereken bir kentsel planlama aracı olarak ele alınmaya başlanmıştır.
