YAMB: metagenome binning using nonlinear dimensionality reduction and density-based clustering

Abstract: 6Summary: YAMB is a novel metagenome binning tool, which uses tetranucletotide composition and 7 average contig coverage and performs t-SNE dimensionality reduction and sequential DBSCAN data 8 clusterization. YAMB provided with metagenomics assembly and reads may be used for 9 straightforward metagenome binning on a recent personal computer running Linux OS.
