Abstract: In the poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) industry, waste cooking oil (WCO)-derived epoxidized fatty acid methyl esters (EFAMEs) represent a promising bio-alternative to conventional ortho-phthalate plasticizers that are being phased out due to their toxicity and nonrenewable nature.
