XRD Measurement for Particle Size Analysis of PMMA Polymer Electrolytes with SiO2

Abstract: PMMA-based polymer electrolytes with LiCF3SO3 lithium salt, EC plasticizer, and SiO2 filler are prepared using the solution cast method. SiO2 filler sizes at 10 μm and 63 μm are used to estimate the particle size in the polymer electrolytes system. EIS analysis calculates ionic conductivity based on the Cole-Cole plot generated in frequency ranging from 0.1 Hz to 1 MHz. The calculation results in ionic conductivity at 1.44 × 10 -4 S/cm and 8.1 × 10 -5 S/cm for 10 μm and 63 μm SiO2 filler, respectively. FWHM me… Show more

“…The crystallite size based on the Debye Scherrer equation was obtained in the range of 9.1814-41.2978 nm. The silica crystallite sizes resulting from this calculation are in accordance with the silica size range reported by Sun et al, (2022) in the range of 2.03-55.95 nm using the Debye Scherrer equation. 23 The effect of supercial velocity on crystallite size appears to be more signicant than on the weight of precipitated particles (Fig.…”

“…This reduction in color rendering factors might be caused by the high proportion of generated green light, which is outstanding over the other light color elements of blue and yellow (Seminara et al, 2021). Besides, the enhanced scattering when increasing phosphor concentration promotes the conversion efficiency yet initiates the imbalance in the color distribution (Sun, You, and Teo, 2022;Khalil et al, 2019). Though the CRI is not as high as expected, the CQS on the other may be sufficient for general lighting.…”

“…The earliest examination concerning the powder X-ray data for CMS on the basis of a novel pinwheel setting was done by Araki and his colleagues. According to Sun et al (2022), α-Ca2SiO4 along with Bredigite appeared to be distinctive phases. Li et al (2020) claimed that β-Ca2SiO4 appeared to be based on K2 [SO4].…”
