Abstract: The present study was focused on the pathosystem pepper plants (Capsicum annuum L.)-phytopathogenic bacterium X. euvesicatoria (wild strain 269p)-bacteriophage BsXeu269p/3 and the possibility of bacteriophage-mediated biocontrol of the disease.
