Xanthogranulomatous Pyelonephritis with Bilateral Nephrocutaneous Fistulae

Abstract: This case report describes a patient with bilateral nephrocutaneous fistulae and xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis. Contralateral involvement of the psoas muscle is a rare occurrence and has not been previously documented.
