Xanthogranulomatous hypophysitis due to craniopharyngioma rupture: a case report

Abstract: Introduction: Hypophysitis is a rare, inflammatory disorder of the pituitary that mimics neoplastic lesions resulting in anterior and posterior pituitary dysfunction.
