Xanthogranulomatous Endometritis: A Report of Two Cases

Abstract: Xanthogranulomatous endometritis (XGE) or histiocytic endometritis is a chronic inflammatory pathology of rare presentation, characterized by an exaggerated inflammatory infiltrate that can mimic an endometrial carcinoma.
