Abstract:Pyrazolines are important agents in medicinal chemistry as a promising scaffold for structural modification and drug development studies due to their wide range of biological activities such as anticancer, antifungal, antibacterial, antidepressant, anticonvulsant, antitubercular, antioxidant, antileishmanial and antiinflammatory activity.
