“…The absorption edge energy (E0) is used to determine the oxidation state and can be seen clearly using the first derivative of normalized absorption (Chiang et.al., 2012). XANES analysis in LiFePO4 with Cu doping is performed by comparing the spectrum of samples with those of standard-iron oxide (FeO,Fe2O3 and Fe3O4) and can be used to determine the oxidation state in Fe K-edge due to atomic doping (Cu in Fe) (Muyasaroh et al, 2019).
