Woven Fibrous Photodetectors for Scalable UV Optical Communication Device

Abstract: Fibrous photodetectors (FPDs) have attracted great interest in wearable and consumer electronics, which is a lightweight and flexible tools to achieve efficient light information transmission. However, there is a necessary compromise between high optoelectronic performance and high‐level integration. Herein, a woven optoelectronic keyboard consisting of 40 PD button units is extended and integrated from four individual FPDs, with the integration level expanding by 1000%. Each FPD is based on uniform type‐II Ti… Show more

“…In particular, the 1D CPI nanobelts and 2D CSI nanosheets exhibit ultrathin thicknesses of 40 and 150 nm, respectively. The achieved preparation of AIPSCs has great significance in developing nanoscale optoelectronic applications, [33][34][35] which remains intriguing to be investigated. The growth results of these representative AIPSCs provide reliable evidence for the great universality of our strategy.…”

“…have extended and integrated a woven optoelectronic keyboard consisting of 40 PD button cells by four individual FPDs, achieving a degree of integration extension by 1000%. [ 111 ] Each FPD is based on a unified type II TiO 2 /Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 heterojunction, exhibiting a significant dark current reduction of 8 orders of magnitude. Moreover, the photocurrent remains highly stable after bending and twisting states.…”

“…In 2021, a MAPbI 3 nanowire photodetector was fabricated, and a responsivity of 20.56 A/W at 1 V was reported 33 . In 2023, a type-II heterojunction of TiO 2 NTs/Cs 3 Cu 2 I 5 nanoparticles hybrid fiber was presented with a responsivity of 26.9 mA/W at − 1 V 34 . The photogating effect can be investigated in three different structures, namely quantum dot 10 , bulk 23 25 , and thin film structures 8 .…”
