Abstract

Generally, wounds can be classified into 2, namely acute wounds and chronic wounds (Paladini and Pollini, 2019). The wound healing process is divided into 3 stages: Inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling/ maturation. Every wound must go through these three stages to heal completely, with the inflammation stage being the key stage and have a vital role in the local immune response (Wang et al., 2022).
