The purpose of this study is to provide an interpretation of library studyresult on the relationship between Islamic Work Ethics (IWE) in buildingwork life balance (WLB) to achieve job satisfaction in Islam. The methodused is library study by tracing related topics. Data comes from primarysources in the form of articles that are relevant to topics. Meanwhile,data analysis used interpretive. The results show that there is an allegedlogical relationship between IWE, WLB and job satisfaction in Islam.Application of IWE can build a balance between work and life outsideof work. Furthermore, someone who is able to build this balance can feeljob satisfaction, in terms of Islamic job satisfaction. The implication ofthis research, there is an initial assumption of a link between IWE andWLB and job satisfaction in Islam. The future research agenda can testempirically the relationship between these variables by incorporating itinto an empirical research model.

The aim of this research was to formulate a development model of work-life balance for Indonesian ASN after the pandemic. Work-life balance for ASN is important since it will increase work satisfaction which will, in turn, increase their performance. Thus, both the government and state civil apparatuses (ASN) will acquire big benefits. The literature study was conducted by reviewing several journals. This research found that there are domains to determine the work-life balance for ASN. First, the government domain which contains policies that may support the realization of ASN’s work-life balance. Second, ASN’s individual domain, which contains ASN’s individual characteristics. Third, the ASN’s family domain which contains family characteristics. This study provides additional knowledge of work-life balance in the public sector in the post-pandemic context. Domestic violence is a serious social problem and can affect the health and well-being of a person. The statistics from the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) showed that there was an increasing number of domestic violence cases from the year 2014 to 2019. A study on domestic violence was carried out to look at four common forms of violence in society; namely economic, emotional, sexual and physical violence using quantitative design through survey methods to obtain data. This study focused on the East Coast of Malaysia; in the States of Terengganu, Kelantan and Pahang through multistage sampling techniques by distributing a total of 390 questionnaires. The results were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 22 using descriptive and inferential analysis (ANOVA). The findings showed that the respondents in Malaysia have a high level of knowledge on the issue of domestic violence. The results also show that the level of education has a relationship with the forms of violence that exist whether sexual, emotional and physical violence. It is recommended that the government speed up the implementation of the Social Work's Bill profession and intensity increase the various programs and activities involving married couples in Malaysia so that cases of domestic violence are reduced.
