Working Capital Management on the Firm’s Profitability of Steel Sector Firms in India

Abstract: This study investigates the effect of working capital management (WCM) on the profitability of a sample of Indian steel companies. The analysis is based on financial data from BSE Dollex 200 steel sector firms from 2011 to 2020. The effects of WCM were determined using panel data analysis, pooled ordinary least squares (OLS), fixed effect model (FEM), and random effect model (REM).
