“…Although the person‐centered approach to the work–family literature has been deployed several times (e.g., Fischer, Zvonkovic, Juergens, Engler, & Frederick, ; J. Rantanen, Kinnunen, Mauno, & Tement, ; J. Rantanen, Kinnunen, Pulkkinen, & Kokko, ; Robinson, Magee, & Caputi, ), it has several limitations. In particular, the latent profiles in these studies may not be classified based on WFC and FWC (e.g., J. Rantanen et al, ; Robinson et al, ) or a profile may consist of less than 5% of the samples (e.g., Fischer et al, ). In this regard, the purpose of this study is to identify employees' WFC and FWC profiles and to examine how these different profiles are associated with antecedents and outcomes.…”
