Abstract: The study investigates the impact of remote work setup on the work-life balance of BPO employees in China. The respondents, who have experienced remote work for over three years, expressed concerns about self-discipline, punctuality, dedication, respect, and tact in their interactions. They also expressed insufficient time for self-development, proper nutrition, and rest.
