Work Family Conflict on Job Satisfaction: Moderating or Direct Effect of Social Support Exist among IT Professionals?

Abstract: This paper discusses the empirical study regarding work family conflict on job satisfaction. 100 IT professionals from the Malaysian IT industry participated in this study. Findings showed that work-family conflict is negatively correlated with job satisfaction and social support. However, social support does not have a moderating effect on the relationship between work family conflict and job satisfaction.
