Work-Family Conflict in Nursing: The Role of Work Schedules, Familial Antecedents and Emotional Regulation

Abstract: This paper explores the influences of Emotional Regulation (ER) and work schedules on work-family conflict (WFC) among Italian nurses, also accounting for some familial variables. The data used in this study come from a survey conducted on 191 nurses working in two public hospitals of Tuscany (Italy).
