Work Characteristics as Predictors of Correctional Supervisors’ Health Outcomes

Abstract: Objective This study examined associations among health behaviors, psychosocial work factors, and health status. Methods Correctional supervisors (n=157) completed a survey that assessed interpersonal and organizational views on health.
