Die Grunde fur den Einsatz von Rohren aus HDPE in der Gasversorgung werden in dieser Arbeit nicht behandelt, sondern es wird uber zwei Anwendungsfalle, bei denen sich diese Rohre bewahrt haben, berichtet, und zwar 1) uber die Verlegung in Bergsenkungsgebieten und 2) uber die Verwendung als Gas-HausanschluBleitung. Einsatz von HDPE-Rohren in BergsenkungsgebietenIn Gebieten, in denen untertage Bergbau betrieben wird, kann es an der Oberflache zu Bewegungen des Erdreiches in Form von Zerrungen und Pressungen kommen. Leitungen, die hier verlegt sind, sind dadurch hoheren Belastungen als im Normalfall ausgesetzt [l]. Der Betreiber rnuB u. a. dafiir Sorge tragen, daB die aus der Bodenbewegung resultierenden und auf die Leitungen ubertragenen Langskrafte diesen Leitungen keinen Schaden zufugen. Das kann z. B. durch den Einbau von Dehnungsausgleichern geschehen [2]. Wird unterstellt, gal3 die groljte mogliche Bodenbewegung ganz auf die Leitung ubertragen wird, ergibt sich, daB die zulassige Dehnung des HDPE-Rohres ein Vielfaches der Bodenbewegung ist. Aus dieser Sicht mussen somit keine Dehnungsausgleicher eingebaut werden. Wird die Leitung mit dem fur die Gasversorgung hochstzulassigen Betriebsdruck belastet, und wird die gesamte, groBtmogliche Bodenbewegung auf dieses HDPE-Rohr ubertragen, so errechnet sich fur eine Langzeitbetrachtung, daB die aus dieser Belastung resultierende Axialspannung geringer als die zulassige Vergleichsspannung ist. Alle Berechnungen, auch die fur eine Kurzzeitbetrachtung, haben ergeben, daB HDPE-Rohre, eingesetzt im Bereich der Gasversorgung, gegenuber den Einflussen, die aus dem Untertage-Bergbau herruhren, ein positives Verhalten zeigen [l]. Diese Erkenntnisse haben dazu beigetragen, daB im Ruhrgebiet seit mehreren Jahren Gas-Versorgungsleitungen sowie Gas-Hausan-schluBleitungen aus HDPE mit Erfolg verlegt werden. 2 Verwendung von Rohren aus HDPE als Gas-HausanschluBleitung Die heute vorhandenen Gas-Hausanschlusse sind nach den zur Zeit ihrer Entstehung geltenden Technischen Regeln gebaut worden. Da sich zwischenzeitlich die bei ihrer Erarbeitung geltenden Voraussetzungen geandert haben, mussen diese Vorschriften und Richtlinien neu uberdacht werden [3]. Aus diesem Grund hat der DVGW, Deutscher Verein des Gas-und Wasserfaches e. V., das Forschungsvorhaben ,,Untersuchung von Hauseinfuhrungen fur Gas-Hausanschlusse" vergeben. Es wurde an Abb. 2. Rohrkapsel (Werkbild der Fa. Georg Fischer AG). der Fachhochschule MunsterIWestf., Fachbereich Versorgungstechnik, im Rahmen der sog. Drittmittel-Forschung durchgefuhrt [4]. Unterstiitzt wurde die Hochschule durch einen DVGW-Arbeitskreis. Aufbauend auf den Ergebnissen dieses Forschungsvorhabens wurde das jetzt vorliegende DVGW-Arbeitsblatt G 459 erarbeitet. Ebenso sind die Ergebnisse in die Normen DIN 8076111 und DIN 33805 eingeflossen. Es war hierbei die Aufgabe gestellt, heute ubliche Ausfuhrungen von Gas-Hausanschlussen in praxisgerechten Versuchen einzusetzen, zu beurteilen und aus den Ergebnissen Anforderungen fur neu zu erstellende Hauseinfuhru...

Alle Berechnungen, auch die fur eine Kurzzeitbetrachtung, haben ergeben, daB HDPE-Rohre, eingesetzt im Bereich der Gasversorgung, gegenuber den Einflussen, die aus dem Untertage-Bergbau herruhren, ein positives Verhalten zeigen [l].
