Abstract:Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a malignant tumor that occurs in the nasopharynx. PLUNC is an early identified secreted protein specifically expressed in the nasopharynx that acts a potential suppresser gene in NPC, but its specific biological role and its mechanism are unclear.
