Abstract: Background: Nano-sized exosomes (30–150 nm) are cell membrane-encapsulated vesicles that contain nucleic acids and proteins. Specific markers detecting non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cell-derived exosomes in the blood circulation remain unidentified.
