Abstract:Objectives: Investigate how WNK1 inhibition modulates glucotoxicity, mitochondrial/peroxisomal protein regulation and metabolism, and right ventricular (RV) function in pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Determine how hypochloremia impacts RV function in PAH patients.
