Wirkung von Hyperventilation und Tham-Behandlung auf Hirndruck und elektrische Hirnaktivität im experimentellen Hirnödem

Abstract: Bei 10 Katzen wurden nach einem rechts parietalen Kälte-Hirntrauma der Ventrikeldruck (VP) ; der Epiduraldruck über der Läsion (rEP) und über dem linken Parietalbereich (1EP) fortlaufend gemessen. Gleichzeitig wurden arterieller (aP) und zentralvenöser (cvP) Druck aufgezeichnet. Das EEG wurde beidseits fronto-occipital bipolar abgeleitet und mit einem Rechner (FFT) kontinuierlich ausgewertet.
