Wirkung steigender Pentagastrindosen auf die Säuresekretion des Rattenmagens nach Vagotomie im Perfusionsversuch

Abstract: Male Wistar rats were subjected to a eomplege bilateral vagotomy and a pyloroplasty. 4 weeks later followed in urethane anesthesia a continuous perfusion of the stomach with 0.9~/o saline according to the rat preparation of Ghosh. The completeness of the gastric vagotomy was confirmed by a postoperative insulin test. In an interval of 150 min the rats --in 6 groups of 10 rats each --were two times injected pentagastrin subcutaneously in dose rates of 50, 100, 150, 250 or 300 lzg/kg body weight.
