Wine Tasting Without a Tongue: Wine Taste Perception in a Person with Isolated Congenital Aglossia, Average Taster, and Sommelier

Abstract: ObjectiveIsolated congenital aglossia (ICA) is the absence of a tongue without the presence of other syndromes or symptoms.
