Wind patterns associated with the development of daytime thunderstorms over Istria

Abstract: Abstract. The northeastern (NE) Adriatic in the northernMediterranean is the area with (i) the highest frequency of thunderstorms in Croatia, and (ii) frequent appearances of sea breeze (SB) along the coast.
