Abstract: Background Men who have sex with men (MSM) are at high risk of HIV acquisition. Long-acting injectable-pre-exposure prophylaxis (LAI-PrEP), requiring less frequent dosing, is being studied as an alternative method to daily oral HIV PrEP.
