Will Job Crafters Stay or Leave? The Roles of Organizational Instrumentality and Inclusive Leadership

Abstract: Although studies have indicated the influences of job crafting on contemporary employees’ working outcomes, the path from job crafting to turnover intention is still unexplored in depth.
