Abstract: ZusammenfassungDie paraffinbasierte histologische Untersuchung ist eines der wichtigsten angewendeten Laborverfahren in der diagnostischen Histopathologie. Die Entwicklung der Paraffineinbettung wird oft dem Pathologen Edwin Klebs zugeschrieben.
