Wie der Schwefel im vulkanisierten Gummi gebunden ist

Abstract: Mit Hilfe von Molekülmodellen nach Stuart wird gezeigt, daß bei Schwefelbindung an Kautschuk von den intramolekularen Bindungen aus der Abb.3 nur die Nummern 1 und 4 bestehen können und von den intermolekularen Bindungen nur die Nummern 6, 7, 10 und 11 oder deren Variationen. Es wird weiter ein Reaktionsschema zur Erklärung der Bildung von intra‐ und intermolekularen Bindungen aus dem Kautschukmercaptan Nr. 1, wobei die Verbindungen 4 bzw. 10 entstehen mögen, geprüft.
