Wideband circularly polarized rectangular DRA fed with dual pair of right-angled microstrip line

Abstract: In this article, design and development of wideband circularly polarized (CP) rectangular dielectric resonator antenna (RDRA) is presented. To generate wideband CP in proposed antenna, different feeding mechanism have been studied. Three antenna configurations based on different feeding have been discussed using single and dual pair of microstrip lines aligned perpendicular to each other to generate orthogonal modes resulting in circular polarization.
