Wideband and high-dimensional chaos generation using optically pumped spin-VCSELs

Abstract: We propose and numerically demonstrate wideband and high-dimensional chaos signal generation based on optically pumped spin-polarized vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (spin-VCSELs).
