Wide-View Sidewalk Dataset Based Pedestrian Safety Application

Abstract: As the increasing number of people watching mobile phones while walking, sidewalk accidents occur more frequently. Using mobile camera instead of distracted pedestrians to monitor the road conditions ahead can effectively prevent pedestrian accidents.
