Abstract:Wide QRS complex rhythm with pulseless electrical activityA 64-year-old man with chronic kidney disease and recent upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage suffered pulseless electrical activity and cardiac arrest. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation was started, with three attempted but failed electrical cardioversions.
