Abstract: This article presents an application of a grounded substrate-based metasurface for hosting dielectric resonators (DRs), enabling a wide dual-band circularly polarized (CP) operation. The antenna structure comprises centrally positioned rectangular DRs, one above the other, along with a 7 × 7 square-slotted metasurface.
