Bullying behavior can occur randomly by not choosing a place, time, and to anyone. Bullying also often occurs in Islamic educational institutions including in madrasah, Islamic schools (integrated) and also pesantren. This phenomenon will worsen the image of Islamic education institutions in the eyes of the community, so it should be solved properly. This study aims to analyze the behavior of bullying that occurs in several Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia that have been published in journals. Data were processed by using meta-synthesis analysis with an ecological theory approach. The results obtained are few studies bullying in educational institutions compiled in approach microsystem, mesosystem, exosystem, macrosystem, and chronosystem. Although not all elements in ecological theory are consistently represented in the discussion by published researchers, ecological theory is well worth recommended as a knife of analysis to overcome bullying combined with counseling programs.

This article illustrates how bullying behavior occurs in the world of education, especially schools. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis, by looking for things related to bullying that occur at school. Bullying is one of the problems in school and is difficult to eliminate. Bullying has become a widespread concern, but bullying has not shown a decline. There are many negative effects caused by bullying, both from people who suffer from bullying and victims of bullying. Guidance and counseling teachers as important actors in the world of education need to obtain information to overcome this problem. Because if the behavior of bullying has become a common thing to do, it will result in the education process not being good. Everyone is free to take action that will cause disruption of the education process at school. In conditions like this, guidance and counseling are very important in improving and eliminating the bullying behavior that exists in school. That way, the conditions that should be created in the school environment, namely mutual respect and respect.

Disclosure of neurodiversity in the workplace can attract unfavourable attention. The aim of this case study is to critically investigate the collective potential of specialized and generic mental health promotion guides to help prevent or treat the bullying of neurodiverse employees. Applying qualitative thematic analysis to eight of these guides originating from Australia, Canada and England, this research offers three key messages that should be of interest to policymakers and practitioners working in the Asia-Pacific region and elsewhere. First, guides as reviewed by this study collectively support anti-bullying themes across dimensions of policy/procedures, education, legal, leadership and monitoring/support. Second, evidence sourced from scholarly and grey literature raise challenges that if overlooked might reduce the effectiveness of guide endorsed anti-bullying measures. Finally, this study raises the prospect that anti-bullying measures to assist mentally diverse staff might be more effective when potential synergies between these are recognized and encouraged.
