Abstract: ObjectivePatients with focal, lesional epilepsy present with seizures at variable ages. Larger lesion size and overlap with sensorimotor or default mode network (DMN) have been associated with younger age at seizure onset in cohorts with mixed types of focal cortical dysplasia (FCD).
