Abstract:Mirkadim breed of Bos indicus is a cattle native to Bangladesh. For whole genome sequencing of Mirkadim, a sample was collected from the Munshiganj district of Bangladesh. It was subjected to short read sequencing using the NextSeq 2000 Illumina platform with 2x150-bp paired-end reads configuration at the National Institute of Biotechnology, Ganakbari, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
