Whole-genome based Archaea phylogeny and taxonomy: A composition vector approach

Abstract: The newly proposed alignment-free and parameter-free composition vector (CVtree) method has been successfully applied to infer phylogenetic relationship of viruses, chloroplasts, bacteria, and fungi from their whole-genome data.
