Abstract: Introduction: Lymphocytic hypophysitis (LYH) is an autoimmune condition in which pituitary gland is infiltrated by lymphocytes, plasma cells and macrophages. It is more common in pregnant and postpartum women, presenting with headache, visual field changes and one or more pituitary hormone impairment.
