When it is all blue during phacoemulsification!

Abstract: Trypan blue dye–assisted capsulorrhexis has been found to be very useful and effective during cataract surgery. Although this technique is safe and simplifies capsulorrhexis, especially in mature white cataracts, inadvertent staining of posterior capsule and vitreous has been reported in patients with history of trauma, ocular surgery, and pseudoexfoliation.
