This paper examines ideologies of the state and religion to establish and understand, their relationships, more so in creating stability in the worldwide management structure of countries. Studies have revealed a very significant relationship between religion and state. Religion and the state are 'twins', to those who promote their side-by-side existence, where religion is considered a foundation, while the state is the guardian of the religion is peaceful existence. The concept of the state and religion’s co-existence is based on the argument that something without a foundation can easily collapse and also noted that an unguarded foundation can easily disappear. In this paper, it is therefore emphasized that the existence of a state is a necessity for world order, world order is a necessity for religious order, and religious order is a necessity for the achievement of welfare in this world and the hereafter. Through literature, it is established that countries that ignore morals and moral ethics have gradually experienced destruction. For this reason, it is concluded that there should be sincere interdependence towards happiness through a combination of science with religion, comprised of general morals and political morals, which have roots in region.

In this article we share how a district-level technology integration specialist used literature on implementing student response systems (SRS) for formative assessment, based on Desimone's (2009) core features of professional development design, Guskey's Levels of Professional Development Evaluation (1998, 2000, 2002), and Danielson's Observation Cycle (2007), to support 12 middle school teachers in using SRS in their classrooms. The work reported here provides an example of incorporating literature-based best practices to support teachers in effectively using technology in the classroom. The findings of this study indicate that the teachers learned to use the SRS technology and associated strategies to collect formative data and appropriately adjust instruction to meet learners' needs. This work has implications for SRS in K-12 classrooms, technology integration professional development, and for preservice teacher education.

Cilj ovoga rada je da prikaže prirodu procesa učenja sa stanovišta socio-konstruktivističke teorije, jedne od dominantnih paradigmi u psihologiji danas. Pored karakteristika procesa učenja per se, u ovom radu dajemo i praktične implikacije ove teorijske pozicije na školsko učenje i nastavu. Ključne reči: učenje; socio-konstruktivistička teorija; školsko učenje/nastava Ovaj rad predstavlja deo obimnije analize školskog učenja i nastave. Analiza se sastoji od tri logičke celine. U prvoj se prikazuje socio-konstrukltivističko shvatanje procesa učenja, njegove osnovne karakteristike. U drugom delu se razmatraju praktične implikacije takvog shvatanja na školsko učenje/nastavu. U trećem delu analize govori se o iskustvima u praktičnoj primeni ovog koncepta u školskoj praksi kroz projekat Aktivno učenje i teorijskim i praktičnim dopunama koje je ova primena iziskivala. U ovom radu prikazaćemo u skraćenom vidu prve dve celine ove analize.
